An MSFU unit consists of several filtration modules: separation module, filtering and regeneration systems and a frame-mounted control module. 100% ready out of the box. Good for cleaning liquids from contaminants and droplet moisture in tanks, pipelines and in bigger filtering and separation complexes.

Fine cleaning unit

Consists of at least 6 regenerable filters

Remote monitoring

MSFU is equipped with a remote control system for transmitting parameters to an operator;

MSFU is ready for connection to standard remote monitoring systems, which allows external supervision without additional costs or efforts.

Coarse pre-cleaning unit

Consists of two regenerable hydrocyclone filters;
Provides filtration efficiency of up to 99%, filtration fineness > 150 µm. Later the flow enters the fine cleaning unit, where mechanical impurities larger than 25 µm are separated.

Regeneration and maintenance of the unit

constantly operating — no stops are required for cleaning;
full automation — no need to constantly monitor and service the filter reduces operating costs, saves personnel time, reduces the likelihood of human errors;
delivered in a container equipped with a heating system, ready to operate in low temperature conditions.

Continuous filtration MFSU – fully automated unit

The unit operates in continuous mode: while one module is regenerated, the rest are operating. When replacing used disposable coalescing or filter cartridges in the filter-coalescer, the flow is switched between the housings without filtering interruption.

Manually controlled periodic MFSU

The manual unit operates only in the periodic filtration mode. To replace disposable filter elements in the filter-coalescer, you have to stop the operation, purge the housing with nitrogen or steam and replace the coalescing or filter cartridges. Regeneration of the filter elements of the coarse and fine filtration stages is carried out without stopping the process.
