The shutter is a quick-release shutter with adjustable clamps pressing upon the outer conical surfaces of special flanges. Screws move the clamp halves together tightening the connection.
The usage of a quick-release shutters allows a quick access inside of the vessel to check the technological process and perform maintenance, which increases labor productivity and reduces equipment downtime.
To ensure safety of work, our shutters are equipped with a safety device with a lock. This device excludes pressurizing the vessel with an incompletely closed lid or opening the lid when the vessel is under pressure.
