Used to clean industrial gas emissions from dust.
Operation principles
In the flow of the medium (consisting of gas and solid particles suspended in the flow), main influencers on the particles are aerodynamic forces produced by medium (gas). The basis of a dynamic filter is a conical ring structure (RCS), consisting of many rings of monotonically decreasing diameter, located symmetrically along the cone axis. The RCS is installed in a cylindrical body with flanges for connection to gas ducts. The gas flow, after having passed through any successive ring of larger diameter, encounters an obstacle – the next ring of smaller diameter. As the gas flow passes through the RCS, solid particles are concentrated near the axis of the cone and are then discharged into the dust collector through a dust outlet tube. The purified gas forms an organized flow in a housing and heads for further use.
